Contract terms for Repview coaching reviews
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between sankara:interactive GmbH ("Repview", "we") and the customer ("you") for the coaching-review services offered via repview.ch.
The version of these Terms in force at the time the contract is concluded applies.
Repview provides written reviews of training plans and video analyses of exercise technique. The scope depends on the plan you choose, as described on repview.ch.
A first reply is usually provided within 48 hours of receiving your complete material. Reviews are a professional assessment and not medical, physiotherapeutic, or nutritional advice.
The contract is concluded upon successful payment for the chosen plan via the Payrexx payment service.
The prices stated on repview.ch apply: single review (Trial) CHF 15 one-time, Light CHF 79 per month, Plus CHF 120 per month. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT.
Payment is processed via Payrexx (card, TWINT, PostFinance and other methods). Subscriptions (Light, Plus) are charged monthly in advance.
Light and Plus have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period. The single review (Trial) is a one-time service with no term.
Cancellation is possible informally by email to coach@repview.ch.
The quality of a review depends on the material you provide. You supply video clips and training plans in a usable form and remain available for follow-up questions.
Services already rendered are not refundable. An ongoing subscription can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the period; the current period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
The liability of sankara:interactive GmbH is limited to intent and gross negligence and capped at the amount paid for the respective service.
Acting on recommendations from a review is at your own responsibility. Training carries a risk of injury; when in doubt, seek medical advice.
The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy on repview.ch.
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn.
Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. We may amend these Terms at any time; for existing contracts, the version in force at conclusion applies.
