You're starting from a half-squat instead of a clean hinge. For deadlift volume we want the hip higher, knees less bent.
Fix
Pull the bar closer to your shins before you start. Otherwise you lose the first few centimeters from a weak position.

What Repview is: what I do all day anyway — watch lifts, read plans, write down what I'd change. Except now you can use it without leaving your box or rewriting your program.
